Spectrophotometry

The instrument

Our Varian Cary 5 G spectrophotometer is capable of specular and diffuse reflectance, transmitance, and total fluorescence measurements in the range of wavelengths between 175 and 3300 nm. We have an assortment of sample holders for liquid cells and solid samples. The temperature of liquid samples can be varied between 0 and 100 °C.
